Some could argue that this bug shouldn’t have made it out the door but good on Nokia for getting an update out and even delivering early.
The prompt apology, a discount/refund, and a very fast delivery of a fix; these are all really good signs of how seriously Nokia is taking this. Whether they succeed or not, they just moved up a notch in my book.
Hopefully this attitude remains in effect for their future phones as well. The last thing the WP7 world needs is another OEM that fixes bugs as slowly as Samsung.
