This is becoming a thing

Looks like Samsung trolled the Android world this week. Rumors were circulating this week that Samsung had a special announcement at SXSW. I’ll let Android Police share the news.

It’s Angry Birds Space. Yes, we’re serious. No GSIII. No 11.6-inch tablet. Just Angry Birds Space on the Galaxy Note (phone).

This is actually kind of funny. I’m not laughing at the consumer, instead I’m laughing at how out of touch Samsung’s PR department must be. Everyone is waiting for the Galaxy S III and they know that.

Come to think of it, this reminds me of the Google TV announcement from February.
